BCFT is a non-profit charity focused on the prevention of family breakdown Since founding BCFT in 2002, Harry Benson has run over 400 marriage, relationship and mentoring courses in Bristol, currently for around 1,200 people a year. Harry's ground-breaking research studies on family breakdown have twice made front-page news and he has also acted as deputy chairman of a group submitting family policy proposals for the Centre for Social Justice. Harry's work experience includes careers as a Navy pilot, in business and a psychology degree. But his personal experience of bringing his marriage back from the brink of divorce is what really counts. Harry & Kate have now been married for 24 years and have six children. He reckons they must be doing something right! BCFT's flagship relationship course for new parents is Lets Stick Together, now reaching 30% of all new mothers in Bristol. ***NEW*** Harry's book of Lets Stick Together is out now. You can buy it here. BCFT runs on a minimal budget of about £20k per year. Course fees cover some of our costs. But our work in post-natal clinics and prison is entirely funded by individual donations. If you'd like to support us regularly, contact us for a standing order form or click on the link below to make a one-off donation. Without your support, we can't make the difference we do. Thank you.
